		<description>For a local podcast I don&#039;t think any local musicians would have a problem giving you permission to play they&#039;re music as long as you buy a copy. At least we don&#039;t!</description>

		<description>If you ask them, they&#039;re usually fine with it - at no cost. Usually they&#039;ll just make you buy the song from iTunes or whatever and then that&#039;s it. It works out great because they want the promotion and you want the music.
