The week way back.

Doing it again.

Oh well. How was your week? If you follow either of my 2 other blogs you know I am still online but busy with them to update my personal one.

I’m not sure if I talked about what I was up to last week or not so I will recap. Last Saturday, the 5th, Bev and I drove to Grande Prairie so I could pick up a couple things. One, being my new 5-in-1 laser printer, which I will be using for school as well as for business documents and fliers. I am quite happy with it and considering it was $100 off I couldn’t complain. The second being a backup drive, a long over due backup drive. I have 13,000 photos, hundreds of documents and lots of files to do with all the website stuff that have never been backed up. Yes I know, bad Kyle. Anyways Bestbuy had a good deal on a 1TB external USB drive so I went for it.  We were able to have a treat for lunch, Arby’s of course. I was thinking it at least.

That afternoon we came back to East Pine after dropping the printer off at my apartment. The next day was definitely a dull Sunday. None of us had any ambition to do much so we thought we would go for a drive.  A drive through Grande Prairie and on into Valleyview where the weather was a little nicer. After having super we jumped back into the van and began the 3-½ hour drive back. I was the lucky one as I was only going as far as Dawson Creek to my apartment.

Monday I don’t remember very well. I’m sure I just hung around my apartment working online for most of the day. During the week I mixed work with school and enjoyed it.

I’m not sure if it because the school year is still young or what but it doesn’t seem like this college has very much of a student community. Just seems like everyone comes for their classes and then disappears back into their own lives.

My next post I think I will talk about my and the community of Dawson and the College.

How was your week?
